2.1. Handcrafted Nature: Our candles, wax melts, and home fragrance products are individually handmade. Minor variations in appearance, color, or finish may occur and are a natural feature of handcrafted items.

2.2. Safety & CLP Compliance: All products comply with relevant UK safety and CLP (Classification, Labelling and Packaging) regulations. Safety instructions and warning labels are provided on all product packaging.

2.3. Customer Responsibility: Customers must read and follow all product safety warnings and instructions provided with each item (e.g., trimming wicks to 5mm before burning, burning on heat-resistant surfaces, never leaving a burning candle unattended, keeping out of reach of children and pets). We are not liable for damage or loss caused by failure to follow these instructions.

3. Orders and Pricing

3.1. Order Acceptance: All orders placed via our website are subject to availability and acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including stock non-availability or pricing errors.

3.2. Pricing: All prices are displayed in Pounds Sterling (£ GBP) and include VAT where applicable, but exclude delivery costs unless explicitly stated otherwise. Delivery fees are calculated at checkout.

3.3. Payment: Payment must be made in full at the time of placing an order via our accepted payment gateways.

4. Shipping and Delivery

4.1. Delivery Area: We deliver across the UK. International shipping may be offered subject to additional delivery costs and customs processing.

4.2. Dispatch Times: Standard processing and dispatch times are 3-5 business days. Estimated delivery dates are non-binding estimates.

4.3. Delivery Issues: We are not responsible for delays caused by carrier disruptions or incorrect addresses provided at checkout. If a package arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt with photographic evidence.

5.2. Condition of Returned Items: Items must be returned unused, undamaged, in their original condition, and in original packaging. Used candles, wax melts, or open fragrance items cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons unless defective.

5.3. Return Costs: Unless the item is faulty or damaged, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked service.

5.4. Refund Processing: Once returned items are received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days.
